John Funkey is a proud board member of ASCCA Chapter 42 and has spent more than a decade helping independent automotive repair shops succeed.

John began his career with ALLDATA, where he spent more than seven years working closely with automotive repair businesses and gaining firsthand insight into the challenges shop owners face.

He later transitioned to representing Mitchell 1’s product line and founded his own S corporation, allowing him to continue doing what he enjoys most—helping repair shops improve efficiency, increase revenue, and grow their businesses.

John is passionate about building long-term relationships within the automotive repair community and supporting the success of independent shop owners.

When he’s not on the road visiting shops, John enjoys playing pickleball and spending time with his wife and two stepchildren.
